5 year product guarantee

We really don't see any point in designing great products only to have them fall to bits when you buy them because the manufacturing process was sub-standard. So early on, we decided not to outsource, but to manufacture everything we could in house and assemble it all ourselves as well. We figured that that was the only way we could control the quality to our satisfaction. We're now the worlds largest manufacturer of rotary washing lines with over 60% market share.

The result is that we're confident enough to offer an unbeatable (as far as we know!) 5 year "No Quibble" Guarantee against defects in the materials and/or workmanship on all of our products with the exception of the actual PVC coated washing line found on our rotary washing lines and retractable washing lines. (Note:- This applies only to Home Laundry Company products bought directly from this web-site.)

If your product fails within it's guarantee period, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent free of charge. 

We're not perfect - occasionally, even the best engineered products can sometimes go wrong. But in such (thankfully rare) situations, we'll treat your problem with the speed, honesty and integrity that we think you (and we) would expect.
