With all our products manufactured to the highest quality standards we are confident that you will enjoy many years of excellence.  However, occasionally even the best-engineered products can sometimes go wrong.  That is why at The Home Laundry Company Ltd, we offer all our customers a 5 year guarantee against defect in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.

With the exception of the actual PVC coated washing line found on our rotary washing lines and retractable washing lines, if your product fails within its guarantee period we will arrange for a replacement to be sent free of charge.
